Ask Adam Clayton Powell about this, oh wait, he's dead. Powell was routinely elected every two years and the HoR routinely refused to seat him. Mrs. Green will continue to hold her office, seated or not.
We must tell any Republicans who might vote to remove her from her seat in the the HoR that we won't forget their names.
Looks like Taylor-Greene already has a supporting SCOTUS decision.
