This edict by the DoJ is but a further illustration of the lawlessness of the Beijing Biden junta. The Supremacy Clause grants no such power to the US government, the clause has limiting language within.
Further, the Second Amendment expressly forbids the action by the DoJ, their desires notwithstanding.
