I'm happy to see the one order in agreement with an argument I've made before against legal eggheads who have maintained Militia inspection requirements meant universal registration wasn't an infringement. There's a world of difference between reporting for duty and proving yourself sufficiently equipped and giving the government carte blanche over everything you didn't bring.
