So that calculated cultural Marxist dividing strategy is a settled narrative? What does that make anyone who challenges and points out what they're doing and why?
That's not to say there isn't systemic racism: It's what "progressive" administrations do, and is probably nowhere better illustrated than in "may issue" permits.
