Ah well, the new dress code could have a bright side: Nothing looks worse than a guy in full uniform hiding behind a car while a maniac is inside slaughtering children.

Sounds a lot like the program that Runcie implementer in Broward schools that went a long way to both avoid giving the Parkland shooter the help he needed, and enabling his attack on the school that could have been avoided.
In particular, look at chapters 8 - 15.
