Some countries have seen situations like we're in or are entering result in off duty LEO's forming "death squads" to deal with things that the so called criminal justice system fails to deal with.
Quite a few of us saw "Magnum Force" as a great movie about a situation that couldn't happen here.
Now I wonder just how far away we are from seeing it come to pass.
