Just about everyone feels in their heart of hearts that they are "normal". There may be a few exceptions in cases like Jeffery Dahmer and Ted Bundy, but then, not everybody is a world famous serial killer psychopath. But they're really outliers.
For everyone else:
If I need a "safe space" to get through my day and cope with life's insults, then everyone else must need one too.
If I know I have poor impulse control, then everyone else must have it as well.
If, as a result, I know I cannot be trusted to own a gun, then no one else can be trusted to own one either.
And that, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, and all you creatures in between, is where "Demanding Moms" come from.
Looks & sounds like That kinda crazy that you don't stick...well, you've heard the saying.
