This need to have people agree that he was justified could be his undoing, and you can tell from comments he's getting very little sympathy. You can bet the widow's lawyer has transcribed every public statement the guy has made to try and build a civil case against him like she already has against the movie theater.

One could expect similar results of a 41 year old man punching a 71 year old man as what happened when a 27 year old man punched a 77 year old man in Tampa.
