I can’t make any sense of this.
In the time period of this nonfeasance, the state processed over a quarter million permit requests and rejected abut 6,500 (whether for cause or due to submission errors), or just under 2.5%. But the employee who couldn’t log in was apparently responsible for only 365 of those licenses. However, upon reviewing those, the state pulled 291 of her permits, or almost 80%.
Something stinks here.
