I'd think if I were living in one of the restrictive states I'd be complaining about unequal protection when a visitor gets to possess something that I may not.

But in fact that is PRECISELY a sterling reason to pass this bill, just as it was for the earlier interstate carry proposal we were promised by Republicans.
