"The media describes" is not the same thing as "evidence the jury considered."

We heard what she did. What was she doing as he took her out?

Maybe it was a good shoot, maybe it was not.  That's why we have this thing called "due process" that so many of our would-be rulers seem so eager to let the enforcers ignore.
