Clearly the 'controllers in charge' will have armed idiots, fools, tools, and "...a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded. (as our military)" And that force will deploy only against those who resist the new order's objectives.
Now you know why the 44th President never left DC.
