Shouldn't that apply to all citizens and non-LEO government agencies?
And if they are adjudicated a danger with full due process protections, shouldn't they be under custodial care?
Forgive me for wondering if Liz Cheney is just trying to recapture reputation points.
Sorry, I don't mean to sound negative. Of course, such protection should exist. It's just that I have these other reactions and concerns.
