All of the USSR's five-year plans were "triumphs of scientific management." They turned out well, didn't they?
But if they want to get rid of due process, that's OK. When it's our turn, we won't use it either, because a) our targets don't consider it important anyway and b) we don't have their special "training and certification" so we'll just have to do the best we can.
