Speaking of "Universal Talking Points", still no universal definition as far as I can determine.
Is it one made at home?
Is it one made from a kit?
Is it one with no serial number?
Is it one with a serial number, but for some other reason, can't be traced?
Is it one that can't be detected by airport scanners?
Or is it one with some grab bag collection of two or more of the above?
