Americans used to have a lot of freedom when it came to defending ourselves and our country. We had that, when we were citizens, up until about 1934 - then they took it away from us. I'd like them to give us that right back.
Unfortunately, "they" could care less what we'd like, Constitution be damned. They're the only ones qualified enough and facts will not be allowed to counter that fallacy. Just throw more of the tax payer's money into the bottomless pit that is the Nanny State.

It doesn't surprise me in the least that this career politician doesn't understand that the State has no "rights." It has powers, it has authority, but no "rights."
