Planning for an Active Shooter

New laws granting employees the right to keep guns in their vehicles at work...[More]
Tripped right out of the starting gate, didn't ya?

I love these "experts."

I can't help but wonder--should an active shooter burst in on them during one of their pronouncements from on high, just what the hell Anna Winningham, Tim Garcia, or James F. Pastor, Ph.D., J.D, would be able to do about it...?

Besides die.

We're the Only Ones Shutterbuggin' Enough

A cop from a scandal-plagued unit is facing allegations he forced a female suspect to strip so he could snap racy photos of a below-the-belt tattoo...[More]
What's with this "scandal-plagued" media bias? What happened to the "few bad apples" meme?

These aren't just "Only Ones," mind you. These are "Furious Mike"/Liberty-Lynchin'/ Stephen Abootman/ Lift-a-finger and we'll kill you Only Ones."

Besides, it's not like he was at the mall or across the Pond or inside the infrastructure or anything. That is, it's not like he's like...you.

New Year's Gun Rights Resolution: Take a New Person Shooting

Memorable occasions for me include one of my first dates with my wife (I don't understand people who tell me their wives don't like guns--establishing compatibility is why we're supposed to get to know each other before getting into committed relationships), watching a visiting Japanese executive grin like a kid in a candy store as he fired off rounds from my .44 Magnum, and ditto for a Santa Monica "liberal" with my M1 Garand. I've had especially great times teaching my kids, but I think I'll leave that for its own resolution. [More]
