Concert Cancellation Shows ‘Progressives’ even Ban Art that Doesn’t Promote Agenda

The clear lesson: It’s not just guns those who stump for citizen disarmament object to, it’s the idea of guns. [More]
Making KING 810 and their fans scapegoats for Chicago violence is ridiculous, offensive, and indicative of a wider proclivity to ban anything that doesn’t serve a “progressive” agenda.

The Ethics Dunce

Then there’s the matter of the pledge Suprun took that bound him to vote for whoever got the most votes in Texas. At least Art Sisneros, the other Texas elector who decided that he couldn’t do what millions of Texans voted in the belief he would do, had the integrity to resign. What standing does Christoper Suprun have to criticize Trump’s character, when Suprun swore an oath and now tells us he was crossing his fingers? He had an obligation to refuse to be an elector once he knew that Trump was the Republican candidate. [More]
That may explain why his Twitter account has been deactivated.

Isn't This What's Called 'Collusion'?

Web giants to cooperate on removal of extremist content [More]
We have a standard defintion we can all agree on, right?

Didn't "progressives" once lead the push for antitrust laws to keep power like this, that affects us all, from being amassed and abused by a handful of oligarchs?

Collaborating with the effect of shutting out competition that's been growing to challenge their profitiablity and relevancy doesnt count...?  It's not enough to have P3M (public-private partnership media) smear us as "fake news"?

Which Ones Would Those Be?

...amongst my liberal friends. [More]
Tell me you don't really believe you have any. Or if you do, ask them what should happen to you if registration becomes required or a gun you own is banned and you disobey the "law."

You would disobey, wouldn't you?

This isn't Aaron's JPFO anymore, that's for sure.

Sins of Omission

Asked last week to provide the data, SPLC initially said it was having a hard time getting the information “from the researchers.” Pressed, SPLC spokeswoman Kirsten Bokenkamp finally revealed that “about 20 percent answered affirmatively to that question.” [More]
The take away from this: Domestic enemies foment racism, for which they accuse others. They do this for the purpose of establishing totalitarian control.

The Shape of Things to Come

Despite what the quisling class tells you, traveling together is an impossibility when you are going in opposite directions. [More]
Now is not the time to relax-- things are just starting to heat up.

You didn't think they were going to allow peace, did you?

Sweet Music to My Ears

This guy grabbed a shotgun and attached some strings to it before strumming it like a guitar. [Watch]
I wish Blogger would let me embed LiveLeak videos.

Anyway, I thoroughly enjoyed this, and from the looks of things, so did everyone involved, although I'm sure "pro[vincial]gressives" would consider themselves superior.

A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum

To my amazement, a sizable percentage of gun forum contributors (those living in free States with less gun regulations) oppose such a law on the premise that once the Federal Govt regulates CCW issuance by law, when the next Democrat majority Congress takes charge it can use the same law to restrict CCW issuance nationally. [More]
As a rule I steer clear of such places. They make my head hurt.

In Your Face

State Sen. Barbara Favola (D-31st) wants to create a firearm registry in Virginia, and the Arlington Democrat is introducing legislation in the 2017 session to study the feasibility of such a program. [More]
See, Barbara agrees that people should be able to punch you in the head with their fists, as opposed to being able to discourage an attack from ever happening in the first place.

It's hardly a coincidence where this giant "F-you!" is happening. And don't expect anyone from Fairfax to lead an "I will not comply" response.

Thanks for the Tip

Crack award-winning investigative journalist Rachel Polansky and the NBC2 News team uncover and break the shocking reality that buying a gun isn't the same as getting a concealed carry permit!!! [More]

A Pledge Delayed is a Pledge Denied

A top ally of House Speaker Paul Ryan has outlined the GOP leadership’s strategy to isolate and block President Donald Trump’s populist campaign promises, likely including his popular immigration reforms. [More]
No.

Just no.

A Statistical Certainty

Simply put, if you’re standing at a bus stop, and you know the person to your left is an armed concealed-carry permit holder, and the person to your right does not have a carry permit, the person to your right is statistically a far, far greater threat to your life than the permit holder. [More]
Simply put, those who want you to believe otherwise don't care about threats to your life.

Turning Off the Spigot

[T]he Supreme Court has ruled repeatedly that accepting federal money is a discretionary act. [More]
Of course were things done legitimately in the first place, this would not be an issue.

Madhouse! It's a Madhouse!!!

Or would that be "Irrenhaus"?
The victim’s father is a senior EU official and a vehement supporter of the migrant policy that has seen over a million “refugees” pour into Germany over the last year. The aftermath of the murder was made even more bizarre by the fact that the victim’s parents used her funeral to raise money for charities that are working to bring more “refugees” into Germany. The victim herself was also a “refugee activist”. [More]
So you'd better not say anything the government can deem "hateful" on social media.

Anybody feel sorry for these people...?

“Lügenpresse!”

I ran across this October entry from our good friends the commie bed wetters at "Raw Story" designed to suppress calling the media what it is by threatening to tar their ideological opposition as Nazis. [More]

They took their lead from CNN's man in in Washington and "Authorized Journalist Extraordinaire" Jake Tapper, who knows a thing or two about the lying press:
True -- some Nazis adopted it (not to say "journalists" of the period were unimpeachable fonts of truth).

But they weren't around in  the Vormärz period, or when Catholics used it in 1848, or in the Franco-German War, or when "intellectuals and journalists used the term" in  WWI, or when it was used by German Marxist Jews after the war, all before the Nazis ever touched the term.

And speaking of Nazis, don't believe the Lügenpresse Newspeak equating them with "conservatives":
Hitler ... was, at heart, a left-winger.
Just like all the liars in the press calling us Nazis to try and intimidate and shame any ideological opposition. But don't tell Jake.

He'll just call you a psychopath.

We all know where that leads for dissenters when collectivists are in charge. And what it allows the lying press to get away with...

Be Afraid. Be Very Afraid.

Trump tweet making Ohio knife jihadist family 'very afraid'  ... “The mother, Faduma Saeed Abdullahi, is a single mother who was raising seven children including Artan. She was really very obsessed with education and the father of the family is still in Somalia... " [More]
This, of course, is intentional, and part of that "fundamental transformation" Obama promised and the Republicans helped with. Most who should be afraid are either usefully idiotic, oblivious, or confident they'll never be held accountable.

There's No Such Thing as a Bad Boy?

"I’m not a terrorist, a criminal or a bad person, I’m just a kid who suffered from problems, that made some bad decisions and stupid mistakes." [More]
And now you'll get the guidance you so desperately need.

Outbreak Ridge

Mumps Outbreaks Are Worst in a DecadeNumber of cases nearly triples; college campuses hit hard [More]
So there are no for real "safe spaces"?  Who'da thunk?

I don't suppose it's in the interests of the immigration  über alles SJW... uh, I mean WSJ and the rest of the "official" media -- not to mention the CDC -- to maybe offer some insights on how and why this is happening now? Because they're all pretty ... uh ... mum, except to note that vaccinations from years ago can wear off, which still leaves the question of a common new catalyst unanswered.

Isn't it in the public interest to confirm triggers or eliminate speculation?

Rookie of the Year

Donald Trump is a "diplomatic rookie" who must learn not to cross Beijing on issues like trade and Taiwan, Chinese state media said Tuesday, warning America could pay dearly for his naivety. Trump's protocol-shattering call with Taiwan's president and a subsequent Twitter tirade against Beijing's policies could risk upending the delicate balance between the world's two largest economies, major media outlets said. [More]
There are no "major media outlets." They're all Chicom puppets.  Like AFP doesn't know that.

As for being rookies and naivety, some of us attribute those to the appeasers that went before, and to anyone who would  make the error of underestimating the other team. Play ball -- and that has rules -- and prosper.  Try to bully and what you'll see is some men play harder.

Derail the gravy train and you're the ones with almost a billion-and-a-half bellies to fill and a populace who can see just enough through your heavy-handed censorship to know they're being contained. And if your posturing results in disruptions, expect some of those cracks in the Great Wall to widen and crumble  -- perhaps catastrophically. Because the people under your yoke sure don't stay there out of love for their masters.

Here's the deal, guys, as articulated a while back by another alpha American male who understood full well how to deal with extortionists:
[P]eace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations...
You want the deal, those are the terms.
