Justice Department Voter ID opposition glaringly inconsistent with gun stance

So the question now becomes why is the head of the Justice Department’s civil rights division tolerating, allowing and insisting on discrimination against minorities in general and Hispanics in particular when it comes to exercising their Second Amendment-recognized right to keep and bear arms? [More]
Today's Gun Rights Examiner report points out an undeniable policy of official discrimination--that is, assuming you buy into the administration's lies in the first damn place. Also get the latest on "Project Guntalker" from Armed American Radio, and then don't forget to say your prayers.

We're the Only Ones Untested Enough

Hundreds, or even thousands, of drunk driving convictions could be overturned because the San Francisco Police Department has not tested its breathalyzers, officials said Monday...the coordinators were apparently just too lazy to perform the test required every 10 days. [More]
And the evil parasites would let someone else pay the price for their laziness.

It's a top-down institutionalized public trough kind of thing. Their former chief was too lazy to calibrate herself.

Speaking of Walgreens...

Time Release

Just hope he isn't a freaking/drugged out head case who doesn't understand or believe, who wants it now, and who will open fire or start slashing and bashing if not immediately obeyed... [Read]

In which case, the hapless Walgreens employee will have to try to reason with the unreasonable, because of corporate's inane stance on a more timely solution.

Bingo!

‘‘It is the unregistered ones that I have a problem with.’’ [More]
In spite of that conclusion, he just doesn't understand what it really means.

We're the Only Ones Garritized Enough

Instead, when a shooting incident occurs, an officer's attorney is sent to the scene, and SDPD "ask[s] the attorney if the officer is willing to participate in a voluntary walk-through of the incident scene and provide a voluntary statement about the incident" (emphasis in original). If the officer agrees, the officer participates in both with an attorney present. [More]
Sweet.

Might be something to remind them of just after being asked "What have you got to hide if you haven't done anything wrong" and just before telling them you have nothing to say without your attorney.

We're the Only Ones Accomodating Enough

A knife-wielding attacker stabbed a judge and shot a sheriff's deputy with the officer's own gun in a county courthouse in Washington state on Friday, prompting a lockdown of schools and government buildings as police and SWAT teams searched for the attacker. [More]
I initially didn't want to make this an "Only Ones" post because anyone can be sucker-punched without warning. Then again, had a discreetly armed citizen been present, there's a good chance the assailant could have been stopped and the lockdowns and continued endangerment could have been avoided.

Countdown to Liquor Day

Fox, 39, was drinking with friends in the San Diego County town of Potrero on Tuesday when he set off the device, sending shrapnel into his trailer...[More]
The punch line:
I just wish that the damn thing had hit me instead of her, you know?
Yeah, I know. It was obviously the damn thing's fault.

Sounds like he hasn't learned a damn thing.

We're the Only Ones Gesturing Enough

Police Chief Patrick Berarducci, 61, has been ordered to serve a four-week, 160-hour, unpaid suspension for making a sexual hand gesture during a Jan. 26 mandatory meeting with dispatchers. [More]
Ouch--that's gotta hurt.

But at least the chief is keeping us all safe from middle-schoolers making hand gestures.

Speaking of stupid gestures...

When Seconds Count...

A retired school librarian and his brother-in-law held three burglars at gunpoint until police could get to a property on West Kearney Street near West Bypass on Monday morning. [More]
Wait just a dang minute here--I thought the cops wouldn't be able to tell who the good guys are in situations like this--at least that's the excuse I keep hearing from those who don't want us defending ourselves with firearms...

We're the Only Ones Taxing Enough

The sheriff says, if voters next month approve a half-percent sales tax for law enforcement needs in Greene County, he will be able to hire more patrol deputies for rural areas of the county. [More]
They still won't be able to do a damn thing to protect you, and you'll still be on your own when it comes to that, but at least you'll have less money and they'll have more...
