Welcome to the Party, Pals

There is also a question as to whether Hunter Biden committed a felony when he bought the firearm. Politico obtained copies of the Firearms Transaction Record, and a receipt dated 11 days before the incident. In response to a question on the form that asked “Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?” Hunter wrote “no” despite his history of illegal drug abuse and his discharge from the Navy Reserve five years prior after testing positive for cocaine. Lying on the form is a felony, though prosecutions are very rare. [More]

You don't say

Several of you have asked me about this and noted a familiar pattern. Stephen and I are following up on my FOIA and will have more information soon.

It's a Won Battle, Anyway

VICTORY: COURT RULES A BUMP STOCK IS NOT A MACHINE GUN [More]

It's good news, no doubt, and something those of us with our own skin in the game welcome, but I wouldn't start claiming victory until the war is won.

A Lesson to Be Learned

Marley is facing charges of: 6 counts of Possession of Firearm or Knife During a Commission of or Attempt to Commit Certain Felonies and 5 counts of Criminal Attempt to Commit a Felony. [More]

So appropriate laws addressing actions already exist then.

That is how these Senators, who asked for the votes and money of gun owners paid them back. It’s a good signal that every deranged bill the Democrats are ramming through will be passed because of the cowardice of these 6 sellouts. [More]

Delay of Game

A bunch of you have sent me all kinds of links about the Atlanta "spa" killer and attacks on Asians and I told you I was doing an article which was the reason I was not posting all those tip links here on WoG. Well, I've been wrapped around the axle on a lot of other stuff, starting with being thrown off pace by the Terry FOIA, Boulder, and then having some other assignments and priorities come up.

So don't look for anything soon. I still have a draft with lots of source material but I'm not going to be able to get to it for a while. I just didn't want anyone thinking I took their interest in this blog for granted. There's only one of me and I'm continually reminded of what V.I.N.C.E.N.T. said.
