Lawmaker thief a perfect representative for gun-grabbing rights thieves

So naturally, this sick-in-the-head criminal (and a California Sheriff’s Association’s “Outstanding Legislator” award recipient) is against the right of peaceable people to keep and bear arms: She’s against concealed carry. She’s against open carry. She’s for expanded registration.

She doesn’t trust us! [More]
Today's Gun Rights Examiner commentary looks at a...well, "common thief" doesn't apply when one is one of the uncommon elites, does it? But that's what this sociopath is.

Increased Cud Chewing Raises Risk of Being Eaten

Recent studies show that Alice Dahle of Cedar Rapids would be pretty much helpless as a cow if culled from the herd by a predator with twice her upper body strength and who gets off hearing terrorized women howl like agonized beasts as he tortures, uses and then dispatches them. [Read]

An Appealing Development

SAF, ANJRPC Will Appeal New Jersey Right-to-carry Ruling [More]
Which prompted WarOnGuns Correspondent Mike from NJ to write (in part):
So, was on the way out -- I got this email -- turned right back around, went back into the house, immediately pulled out my Credit card, renewed (paid) my SAF membership fee -- and added a donation --- and I will (as promised) continue to do so EACH and everytime I see NJ at the pointy end of the SAF legal action and repeals. These maniacs (Lautenberg, etc.) must be stopped (or abated) -- and SAF has been one of very very few willing, and capable to do that.

Kudos, Mike, for leadership by example.

I never did understand welfare parasite chatroom warrior gun owners, quick to anonymously (and generally obnoxiously) voice dissatisfaction or make demands, but strangely absent when it comes time to dig into pockets or roll up sleeves...as if they expect someone else to carry all the load.  Like I'm supposed to believe someone who won't lift a finger while it's easy will show up on the green prepared and willing to sacrifice all until it's over.

This Day in History: January 16

The Spanish, who were at war with the British because they had chosen to back the American rebels in the War for Independence, saw the British fleet in pursuit and attempted to retreat home to the port of Cadiz. As they fled, Rodney decided to ignore the accepted rules of naval engagement, which involved two lines of ships bombarding one another with cannon much like two lines of infantry confronting one another across a battlefield. Instead, he decided to attempt to overtake of the Spanish ships by giving orders of "general chase"--having each British ship chase the Spanish fleet to the best of its ability. The British hounded the Spanish until 2 a.m., when the Spaniards finally surrendered. [More]
