Child Abuse at Lincoln High.

Xavier McGregor, a sophomore at Lincoln High, told the board Tuesday that “the simple symbol” of guns on campus is too much for him to take. [More]
Xavier, what have your stupid and/or evil caretakers done to you and to "Jennifer Astudillo, Sakeenah Shabazz and Alex Velarde, a trio of increasingly polished political activists"?

Aside from making you all contemptible, foolish and weak...?

But not so much as the--I can't bring myself to call them "adults"--who encouraged this. "Social Justice" classes for freshmen. All hail Marx and Lenin!

And note the approval of "Authorized Journalist" Jennifer Vigil.

If I have a prayer for you kids, it's that some day you will realize how badly you've been used, will find your sense of Liberty, and will work to prevent similar exploitation of other children.

Latest CMP Sales News

It's like people are starting to pay attention or something. Maybe the lefties and their media co-conspirators had better start ridiculing all you folks for being a bunch of paranoids to slow this down.

Think that'll work?

You, Terrorist

I got the report it references over the weekend. Suffice it to say this is an exercise in positioning. And the media will eat it right up. [More]

We're the Only Ones Relying on the Only Ones Enough

"Widespread handgun possession in the streets, somewhat reminiscent of frontier days, would not be at all in the public interest," the judge wrote, quoting a Supreme Court decision. [More]
Yeah, we've all seen the "Dodge City" predictions come through everywhere concealed carry restrictions have been relaxed, right?

My favorite bit of arrogant presumption:
"All of the protection that D'Antonio needs on the streets and away from his home is best provided by the resources of law enforcement."
One can always hope Judge Harris some day gets a chance to put his novel "Only Ones" theory to the test. Although it's probably naive to assume he's not taken care of.

We're the Only Ones in Denial Enough

Ian Tomlinson was making his way home from work, trying to negotiate cordons thrown up as thousands of protesters gathered in London, when a helmeted and partially masked officer assaulted him in an apparently unprovoked attack. Minutes later, the 47-year-old collapsed and died of a heart attack. [More]

Then the Metro Bobbies make up a story about trying to help him when they were actually beating him, and that fiction would still stand if there hadn't been video to show what really happened...

Maybe there was no intent to mislead.

It sounds more like these "Only Ones" intended to flat-out lie.

Now There's a Man Who Knows His Government!

Protesters tried to storm their way into one of China's top universities yesterday to confront a professor who said nearly all petitioners - people who come to Beijing to ask the central government for help - are mentally ill and should be put away. [More]
I'm having a hard time deciding if he's right or not--perhaps anyone who thinks the government has any interest in honoring a right to petition is nuts.

We're the Only Ones Turning Up the Volume Enough

A deaf man ended up with a broken nose after he found himself in a struggle with a Fort Worth police officer. [More]
That's a polite way of saying "Only Ones" have conditioned themselves to treat citizens this way as a first resort. That we might want to go home at the end of their shift, too, is not a primary consideration--even though the only reason we even have government in the first place is to secure the blessings of Liberty.

We're the Only Ones Making the Neigborhood a Little Safer Enough

A retired New York City police officer shot an off-duty officer he suspected was having an affair with his police officer wife, then killed himself in the driveway of his suburban home, police said Saturday. [More]
Some may be offended that I'm posting on this story. I find it more offensive to suggest that the people it is about are the "Only Ones" who can be trusted with guns and the rest of us can not be.

"Zumbo" Bachus

Bachus did not support small city officials who asked if he would oppose all gun bans. Instead, he said, it may be necessary to support some assault weapon bans in order to keep all guns from being outlawed. [More]
It would be easier just to zumbo the dumb sob, using that term as the verb it has become.

It's also time to ask GOA and NRA just what they intend to do about this weasel's rating.
Kurt Hofmann has lots more. He has contacts for Bachus if you'd like to tell the guy what a pathetic excuse for an American you consider him to be.

Some may think this is something you want to salvage. I'm of the mind that once I lose trust I lose respect. Once I lose respect I feel nothing but disgust.

Man Killed While Trying to Rob Alcoholics Anonymous Meeting [More]
I'm sure there would be no shortage of antis who would endorse banning alcoholics from having guns. They would rather the people in this story all be victims--even if the robber decided to leave with more than just their money.

Calling All Trolls

In the future please ignore these Trolls as their comments will get removed. [More]
The Bradys are on Facebook.

In keeping with their ongoing policy of engaging in dialog and promoting Reasoned Discourse, they have apparently decided to delete any attempt to bring alternative proposals to their brainwashed minions. By labeling it "trolling," they have the outward appearance of an excuse for their dishonesty and intellectual cowardice.

So if you have a moment, go leave a comment of enlightenment--if nothing else, it will keep their administrator jumping to sanitize the boards every time the chain gets yanked. Plus it will give their minions hissy fits, which are always fun to watch.

Is ATF Playing Politics with Firearm Classifications?

It's official policy to assign political considerations a role in the examination and classification of firearms, which can then impact the examination and testing of evidence? Gee, no wonder David Olofson and Len Savage have had such a time of it. [More]
Today's Gun Rights Examiner column audits some very curious procedures.

Also meet a turncoat Alabama congressman, an arrogant New Jersey judge, two statist Oregon senators, and an entire establishment media apparently bent on continuing a lie. All this and the latest cutting-edge commentary from my fellow GREs.
