Why do some people believe that technology will magically solve the problem all by itself? We have the same problem in the business world.
And when the technology doesn't deliver as expected...just add more technology! Cameras on every interstate, every corner, inside every building.
Allowing the citizens to practice their God-given, Inherent and Natural, Constitutionally protected Right of Keeping and Bearing Arms would be far more effective.
