Sunday Sermon: The Holy City

This isn't gun-related, but it does give us a telling frame of reference on the mindset of overwhelmingly anti-gun "authorized journalists".

Isn't it revealing how hotbeds of Islamist hatred and violence are all acknowledged as "holy," yet what is arguably the holiest site in Christianity is not?

My own view is that places aren't holy, (some) people are, albeit admittedly imperfect. Still, what do you think this says about the worldview of those mass-feeding information to our countrymen?

Believe the answer to this one is spelled out in the book of Revelations. Considering the imminent
ushering in of the "Real I.D. Act", it would behove those interested to study chapters 17 and 18 of the aforementioned book. Which chapters show plainly the impending fate of America - a.k.a. "the great whore".

We were blessed beyond ALL other nations in the history of the world. Given more freedom than ANY other people on the face of the earth. And, look at us now. We are facing almost the same exact fate as that of the Roman empire.....Those whom refuse to learn from the lessons of history, are doomed to repeat it.

David, we Christians can't pray in school, we're pariahs in many areas of work, and the gov't continually oppresses us with its (deliberately) misconstrued interpretation of the 1A. Yet the Islamic jihadists are treated with kid gloves, and we're told we must "tolerate" them. (Actually, it's more like bow down to them.)

All this is proof that Satan is the "prince of the earth and the air", and he hates the things of God. No other religionus group, except the Hebrews, are so hated.

This will go on until Jesus comes back in power and glory, as prophesied in the Book of the Revelation.

And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge G*d any longer, G*d gave them over to a depraved mind, to do those things which are not proper. Romans, Chap.1,vs.28.

And that has indeed come to pass, sean.

Maybe the term "holy" here is used in the context of something having "holes" in it.

In this case perhaps it's a bunch of terrorists who sprouted gaping holes in their bodies.
