Yet the law is not known by all residents and it is not strictly enforced. No one has ever been arrested for not owning a gun and there is no penalty for violating the city ordinance, Graydon said.
That's good news for Mary Kopins, who has lived in the city for seven years.
"I hadn't heard of it," she said. "I hope that doesn't mean I have to go out and get a gun."

Wolves? OOOHHH!!! I saw wolves on the nature channel and they so cute and cuddly just like little snuggly puppies as they ran and played with the sweet sweet man that obviously loved them so much and he told us how wonderful their little wolfy lives would be if it wasn't for mean old nasty men and how we should all just work really really hard and just get along and share everything that mother earth gives us. That's what he said before they ate him. Poor wolfies, they were hungry because we nasty nasty people are so meann to the earth.

Mary, if you're so concerned just keep voting for the same crooked folks and they'll disarm everyone. You'll sure be safe then.
