Great interview. The only reason I know about it is because three people decided to work together to produce it, encode it, and alert me via the Internet. Maybe you should have worked in a Global Harming angle, David, so that the political party known as the MSM would give it some coverage.
I'm going to test my comprehension of the facts. Revocation may result from completing an ambiguously-labeled field or using an abbreviation. (An abbreviation that is universally understood in this country.) Therefore, only two mistakes are needed to shut down any gun shop. All the agent has to do is cite one on the first visit, then save the second for his next visit.
This assumes that the forms may not be altered. Considering that the records must be kept for 20 years, I'm going to guess that the information contained therein may not be changed.
Not familiar with "global harming" and Google doesn't provide much enlightenment...

It's the belief that a multitude of environmental catastrophes will destroy civilization and the Earth if the population of the U.S. does not immediately become socialist.
Basically, any activity you may be performing that is offensive to a socialist will also be damaging to the environment.

The suggestion was tongue-in-cheek, of course, but working in an anthropogenic climage change angle is usually the easiest way to get media attention.
Seriously, though, It's an outrageous example of derelict government, and there is no mention of this in the news archives of the big three networks, yet they found time for Alec Baldwin's voicemail message.
