Isn't that what Cesar Milan always does when he wants to encourage "a calm, submissive state"?

The Houston police dept armed every officer with a Taser, under the presumption that it would reduce their excessive shootings of Houstonians. The result is that they kill just as many Houstonians pre-Taser, but now they have a fun toy to shock houswives and Texan's linemen with when there isn't even a hint of a threat (hint of threat and they just kill us).
What - you expect a 350 lb. tub-o-goo policeman to arrest a woman without first tasing the crap out of her?
What about HIS rights? Doesn't he have the right to torture "uncompliant" women without the threat of dismissal?
Imagine the injuries she would have sustained if he'd fallen on her instead of shocking her with his toy? She'd be a grease spot on the pavement.
He actually "saved" her, just like all tased perps are "saved."
If not for the good ole' Taser, he would have had to club her into submission.
If he'd actually just slapped the cuffs on her and put her in the cruiser, he might have had a heart attack.
It's got to be tough to lug around a load like that.
Obviously, there's no fitness requirements at that department. If there were such a requirement, the guy would have been able to handle a drunken female "perp" without his handy cattle prod.
"HillaryForPresident (bring on the revolution!) said..." I hate to see it, but I suspect it's a foregone conclusion one of two things are going to happen. Either there will be enough of us freedom loving die hards with backbone that will stand up and rebel in the spirit of 1776, or there will be too many sheeple currying favor that will rat us out. The powers that be don't necessarily have to use excessive force to achieve their goal. They can financially ruin us by forcing us to defend ourselves with scurrilious charges.
