More evidence that we can, generally speaking, outshoot them.
I'd say Fong is typical of most chiefs. They don't like guns, they don't like to shoot, and they don't want anyone to be better than them at anything or they'll take their ball and go home.
To paraphrase Squealer the Pig (Animal Farm), apparently some are more "only" than others!
What an excellent example of piss-poor leadership.
Guns are scary, that's why I haven't qualified.
Looks like someone has their Fong in a bunch.
