Not "Libertarian gun control" but "Libertarian" gun control. The difference may seem subtle....
Pseudo-libertarian.
If you like the Lautenberg Amendment (which Barr supported) making some people accused of a misdemeanor suffer the same penalties as felons, you'll love Michigan's plan to, along with several other states, use GPS monitoring on those accused of domestic violence and stalking.
One victim was rammed by her husband near her work, and he shot her twice with a shotgun as she hung upside down by her seatbelt, helpless. The State says tracking people will help prevent that.
The OBVIOUS countermeasure is just too radical to entertain.
