Meanwhile, Back in Bloomberg Paradise...

New data indicate New York City residents are contracting the virus that causes AIDS at three times the national rate.
This is just a backdoor attempt at...ah...no, I'd better not go there...

It's but one manifestation of a much wider problem. The urban areas in this nation, where people are most directly affected by and dependent on choice-controlling government, have been incubators for enabling destructive individual choices. It's a directly observable phenomenon.

Who among us does not know that unprotected promiscuous sex has consequences? Or that putting toxic crap into your body is self-destructive? Or that it's wrong to hurt people?

The answer is not extending state control over those of us who neither need nor want it. But that's what they're determined to do.

Most people are not rats, BUT experiments with rats show that the denser the population, the more aggressive behavior gets. I'm sure if rats had a language, the crammed cages would try to rule the field mice. The field mice, being smaller and not having access to weapons, would be ruled.
Good thing people are not mice. Never mind the 7500 people who turned in guns in Brooklyn and Chicago. They are an insult even to mice.

A lot of these cases are the result of DL hook ups. Basically they are minority men who are having sexual relations with each other while in prison or jail. They don't consider themselves homosexual, and once out go back to banging their baby mamma's. Hence, spreading the disease far and wide.

My understanding of this is that men getting this disease usually wind up getting it in the end. Besides becoming the butt of many jokes. And developing an aversion to peanut butter. They say science will someday get to the bottom of it.

A little fact here for you guys, 50 percent of homosexual men have HIV.
Nevertheless, if the money spent on this out of state gun thing was used to educate folks about safe sex would this save more lives? Its a fair question because there's only so much money in government and wasting it on political pet projects is a criminal act, in the big picture.
Being on this line of thought. A fact: for every person that dies from HIV/AIDS, four (4) people die from HCV. I wonder how high the HCV rates are in NYC and what the city is doing for that killer.

Regarding who's ruled, I wonder how many otherwise honest citizens have throwaway guns in NYC? quite a few I bet , considering the bounty for turning in someone seen with a handgun.

Hell, they're all pretty much a self-fulfilling prophecy. If they all died, there'd be less of them and more of us.

Maybe we should start a "The government will take care of your AIDS!" campaign, and let the problem take care of itself.
