New Petition Filed in Fincher Case

I don't believe he will get a new hearing en banc or otherwise. Birds of a feather flock together is the reason why I say that.

Jimm Larry Hendren has proven to be a betrayer of his oath, a violator of the Constitution of the United States of America, and a traitor to his country. I believe he will be the recipient of "cover" by his good old boys network. Two reasons come to mind, one they deal with him regularly and are part of the "club", two, they themselves do not relish the idea that the precedent set for misbehavior by a federal judge may someday bite them in their individual asses. Ergo, they will back Hendren, despite the law, despite his betrayal of the law, and because they do not wish to set the precedent that they themselves could in future be subjected to review for their misdeeds from the bench.

I sincerely hope I am wrong. If we were dealing with honorable men, I would be. Of course, if we were dealing with honorable men my opinion would be different. We are not.
