Nothing much has changed. A cop shot my sister's dog right in front of her. It was the most gentle and friendly dog you ever saw. She told the asshole. his name was Robert Barrington, no need to mention his name except I want any of his kin who read this to know what a chickenshit he was and probably has passed on the gene, that she would take the dog home. He shot her dog anyway.
I was about 11 years old at the time, my sister was 7. I went looking for the sonofabitch and told him "I shoot back, I'll be watching for you." We had no more trouble from him and believe me, I tried to entice him into some.
No, they haven't changed much.
