One small Texas school district will allow gun-toting teachers. Dr. Phil hears from moms on both sides of this debate, as well as the president of the Texas Federation of Teachers.
And how informed and experienced at public speaking and debate are the "moms on both sides of the debate"?
Oh well, I'm sure congenial, reassuring, rational and wise Dr. Phil will be a fair and unbiased mediator.

Why does what appears to be the voting outcome not surprise me?
The good doctor plays to the tampon, dish-washing liquid, diaper, and romance novel buying crowd. These people for the most part have never held a firearm, probably have never actually seen one in use, and swallow every line that the anti-gunners throw out. They will respond positively to anything Oprah, Ellen, or the good doctor recommends. Without bothering to do any independent research or study on their own.
This only goes to prove that there is something in the water in Kallyfourneeya, such that it causes someone from Oklahoma/Texas to spout crap like this.
This should of been on Jerry Springer instead of Dr. Phil. It would be alot of fun to watch
They should conduct a SWAT no knock drill on the studio audience. Complete with blank firing machine guns, flash bangs, and hog tying of everyone till they are submitted.
It'll be good practice for those sheep begging for the Police State.
