BATFE Loses in Court Again

It was a tough fight, but the Elliot family's American spirit and a true grit won the day. We encourage you to listen to our latest Talkin' to America interview with Leonard Elliot and learn more about protecting yourself against the "GovCrims".
JPFO gets a first-hand account of the Bacon Creek Gun Shop outrage.

I'm listening to the interview as I post.

To think three government lawyers refused or didn't want to take this case to court. Makes me wonder who is pulling the strings to keep it moving from one government lawyer to the next until they get a flunky to take this case to trial.
Its a huge laugh in a warped sense to know ATF's management isn't judge shopping but government lawyer shopping to find one to take cases like this to trial. Which means its so far out of control that ATF's management doesn't have the support of the lawyers in the federal government on their side. In this case 3 out of 4 government lawyer didn't want anything to do with ATF.
As we all know ATF's management is all about getting numbers to get more taxpayer money into the agency. So they don't care about anything to do that. Destroying lives and businesses and breaking laws don't matter. As a NFL football owner is known to say, "just win baby". ATF's management's demeanor is, "just the numbers baby".

Yeah I know, but he was the interviewer, it's on his site, and he's the one the question should be addressed to if you can't reach Elliot.

I listened to that yesterday and was disappointed to hear him ranting against private sales. I know it cuts into his business, but really.....
