A Draining Experience

A city councilman from Jersey City, N.J., was so intoxicated at a Washington nightclub that he urinated on several concertgoers, club sources allege.
And they've dealt with him before? And "he gets really belligerent and drunk"?

And look at this--he's been in office since 2001. So what?

Well, in 2006:
The Jersey City City Council...approved an ordinance prohibiting the sale or purchase of more than one handgun within a 30-day period...

The gun ban was approved 7-2, with councilpeople Michael Sottolano and Viola Richardson voting against it.
Which means "P*** Boy" here was among those who don't think you have the proper self control and morality to be trusted with the choice to cut yourself off at one if you think you've had too much. It's good to be the king!

In case he removes the edress from his site and you'd like to convey your profound respects, it's LipskiS@jcnj.org.

After reading the incontinent ones' Bio page, I found the following:

"A Cub Scout and a Boy Scout, Steve served in the U.S. Army Reserves as a Drill Sergeant."

How exactly does one become a Drill Sergeant in the reserves without actually serving in the RA (Regular Army)?

I can assure you, from personal experience in all 3 fields, that being a Cub and Boy Scout does NOT qualify you to lead as a Drill Sergeant.

No mention is made of his political affiliation either, which usually means Democrat when trouble is afoot.

Yet another example of a privileged, silver-spoon Dem who says, literally, "P!ss On You"!

Under the old structure, the USAR was to take over the garrison role of the active Army during wartime. Companies of USAR Drill Sergeants had a wartime mission of being activated and deployed to the IET bases, ie. Ft. Benning, to replace the active component.

I am retired now so that structure may have changed, and I just missed it.
