City buses are "No Gun" zones. The killer in this case knew that, so he took advantage of a "loophole" in the law: he used a knife to commit his nefarious deed.
The solution, then, is obvious: pass a law making it illegal to carry a knife on city buses. A new "No Knife" law will prevent future stabbings on city buses, and will help NYC residents feel safe again.
Gosh, some people lose their heads over this.
Dogs. Men use tools and refuse to recognize those ignoramouses who reject the notion of tool-using mamals.
