VCU Police Chief Willie B. Fuller was arrested yesterday. The Chesterfield County Police Department media advisory states that Chief Fuller is charged "with use of a communications device to solicit sex from a minor and attempted indecent liberties with a minor." [More]At least we can now guess why VCU "Only Ones" are so intent on maintaining a monopoly of force.
The Age Old Question, however, remains a mystery.

man I even talked with that guy when I was trying to get appoval for my airsoft club...knew there was something off with him...
What do they recommend to do in an emergency?
"Remain calm, use common sense and give assistance as needed."
My common sense tells me that a student, faculty or staff member legally carryung a handgun would have been useful the last two fatal emergencies they had at VCU.
Likes ...er, liked... to set up roadblocks on the major streets running through the campus -- which are the major east-west streets of the city -- and search cars for guns, drugs, wanted people -- A COLLEGE PD.
Whyizzit that people who can't control THEMSELVES are driven to control everyone else?
