We're the Only Ones Booking Your Room Enough

A 23-year-old inmate beaten to death at the Oklahoma State Penitentiary had been put in a cell with convicted killer he had testified against.

...[P]rison officials are trying to determine how it happened. [More]
Oh, by complete accident, I'm sure. Why I'm certain any speculation about "discipline" or retaliation would be completely irresponsible.

But it does raise the question: If the "Only Ones" can't protect people in their custody, how the hell are they supposed to protect people who aren't?

Who the fuck ever said they had any desire, at all, to protect anyone of anything?

Ooops! They will protect their retirement accounts.

They're not around to protect anyone. They're around to clean up the mess. Just look at hit shows like CSI, NCIS, Bones, etc...it always BEGINS with a murder, which the police FAILED TO PREVENT.
