Haunting Larry Hincker

Well here's an interesting visitor...

I wonder what's in Blackburg...?

And look what brought them here...

Damn straight. His words should haunt him forever. And I'm delighted to be doing my part to see that they will.

Let's not neglect Tech President Charles Steger, who, recently released documents say, locked himself in his office when he heard gunshots that day.
Or the Tech police department, who concluded that Cho's first two victims in a dorm that morning were a lovers' homicide-suicide, despite no weapon being found at the scene. Classes went on, blissfully oblivious. Cho made his farewell video, took his guns and chains and locks and went to class for the last time.
Two years later, Tech has installed a Peace Education Center in Norris Hall, and put locks on classroom doors. That's all that's different.
Oh, the dead have larger, permanent Hokie Stone memorials.

Or the Tech police department, who concluded that [he has no name]'s first two victims in a dorm that morning were a lovers' homicide-suicide, despite no weapon being found at the scene.Except that they didn't. They did believe it was a lovers' homicide, but that the boyfriend had left. In fact, they had found him and were questioning him when [nameless] started shooting in Norris Hall. In fact, rumor had already gotten out that they had someone in custody.
