and it wasn't all that long ago that things started changing. I am only 40 and I remember growing up and going to school in such a school where the HUMAN element was real and the law was something that came second(or even third dependent upon the issue at hand.) and the paddle was always resorted to before things had to leave school grounds.
This country can be fixed. My only worry is if there are enough that want to fix it and are truly willing to make the sacrifices needed to do so.
