A louvered license plate cover that doesn't hide the plate from people who are standing or driving, but renders it unreadable from the heights many cameras are mounted from.
On a related note: states have starting banning _smiling_ for a driver's license photo. Apparently it interferes with the facial recognition software they want to use. Big bother is getting all the components in place.

Yep, make copies and mark everybody's car. Polizi first.
I've heard that some enterprising Brits have taken to sneaking up on and burning video cameras. Doesn't sound like such a bad idea.
Putting a .30 caliber round through 'em from several yards away might be even better. Oh yeah, I forgot. The Brits have been disarmed.
