Where do they get these morons from? What kind of total meathead would think this is a good idea? And why do they have authority over others?
And if it's a kids at work day, doesn't that mean the idiot consenting parents are also "Only Ones"?
Why is this not considered felony child endangerment? Where is Child Protective Services, taking the children out of the homes of parents with such appalling judgment and willingness to allow others to violently abuse their kids with devices that have proven lethal in many instances? Can anyone say with certainty the effects this can have on smaller body masses and developing bodies?
And because such consent amounts to "domestic violence," where are the resulting charges that will forever turn these parents into "prohibited persons" under Lautenberg?

A current case out of Leon County, Texas, has a former police chief charged with 'aggravated assault with a deadly weapon'for using a taser on his wife.
At least in Leon County tasers are viewed as lethal tools...though I'm sure most pds there won't admit to that.
it's that double set of laws thing again. There are two sets, people do not realize it, because they are intermingled or commingled, if you will, in a rather random order in the records of legislation.
But there are two sets. If sorted, it becomes obvious that one set forbids everything, the other set allows and/or even mandates everything. Depending upon who the actor is, or whom he serves determines which law is observed, the one allowing, or the one disallowing.
Couple that with the few unforeseen incidents not covered in the law and we then get the "discretionary power" of the prosecutor to achieve the outcome the political masters desire.
Do not expect the same enthusiasm for prosecutions in this case as would be shown if the offenders did not include an "only one".
Typical authoritarian non-thinking behavior.
Obviously they don't frequent the same websites and see the same outrageous LEO behavior on dashboard-cam that we do.
