NYPD Anti-Gun Zealotry Extends to Flintlocks

And why are the cops still busting his chops when the law seems clear?

"The lead detective on the case told Littlejohn's lawyer that he had orders 'from higher-ups' to pursue the case..." [

Today's Gun Rights Examiner column looks at how insanely vindictive the Bloomberg anti-citizen defense machine has become, resorting to extra-legal measures to extort a citizen into complying with their agenda, rather than with the law.

Tell a friend? It would be nice to see a legal defense fund set up to bloody the bully's nose. It would also be nice to see more light thrown on this, to unmask some of the currently-anonymous enforcers and the creature giving them their orders.

You posted the link as I was typing my email to you about it. :)

Dig the comments at the MSM article. New Yorkers have been under the yoke of the nanny state for so long, they're incapable of imagining anything different. They're no longer human.

The poll in the article was framed rather strangely. The two choices were "Yes. The gun will never be a threat" and "No. The police have the right to take it". The rifle could be dangerous, if he gets powder and ball for it, so the "yes" answer is disingenuous. Nowhere is the right to keep it under the 2A allowed, or even considered.
