Well hell...he warned her didn't he? I mean, hell, he gave her warnin' and told her what he's gonna do. She should have just complied. Hell man, when the Poe-Leece tell you to get on yer knees and kiss their arse, you better the hell gone ahead and do it. Hell they'll damn taser ya.

I do not hold the cops at fault in this matter. The cops are only doing what they always do and that is injure and or kill citizens because they are idiots with power. I hold the mother at fault because anyone with an IQ of 1 or higher knows or should know that cops are full blown morons and idiots who are unable to get real jobs and become cops as a way to support themselves. So we are talking about full blow losers from the get go and then these losers are giving weapons and power.
Call the idiots and you get the out come one can expect from such goons. This kid should do everything she can to get away from her parents because its clear they having the ability to think and are dangerous. Anyone that calls in the cops is a moron if they think the cops are there to help them.
