This guy maybe a lawyer and a doctor but he's way off the mark. He dances around the law but completely fails to go to the heart of this matter. That would be, the Founders didn't intend for the federal government to make a crisis/big problem to come along and fix it with martial law.
The guy defies all logic of the heart and soul of the Founders and what they have writing, being a word smith on this topic. The problems this country has by far and large comes from the sell out of our country by the elected folks in federal government to the international bankers. To fix the engineered problems we have now with martial law and to try and look at this matter from a legal standpoint is off the charts. Its no different than a cop jumping in front of a car and killing the driver saying the driver put the cop in danger.

AvgJoe, with all respect intended, I don't believe you read Vieira's whole piece.

There was no dance there. It was a kill shot.

Fair enough, I'll read it again only slower. I get to reading long legal views and the letters start turning into ants running on white paper.
