I'm sorry but this is hilarious. The UK, by all accounts is an absolute hell hole now.
They obviously don't know the difference between "development" and common sense.
Anyone who has handled guns for more than a few minutes should be able to tell the difference between a live round and a dummy. Not to mention the fact that one does NOT store them in the same container!
NO live rounds are allowed in the classroom, ever. This is a classic example of why that rule is so important. But the instructor is responsible to keep it that way!!
There is no cure for stupid.
Oh, and not to mention the fact that this clown violated BOTH other basic safety rules as well, of course.
Hey, I think I thought of a cure for stupid... how about hanging or electrocution?

Yet, when I talk to average people in the UK, they say how wonderful things are- from their national health care to their disarmament "laws". I have no explanation, unless they just know no different.
They say things are fine there, Kent, because if they admitted the truth to themselves, their heads would explode. Or they'd emigrate, and try to emulate the same crap here.
