i seem to recall one of farnam's quips or journal entries noting a friend in SA had told him that total firearms registration, apparently, wasn't good enough for the government.
they went back and re-registered them again. hah! yet still, people go back to these barbarian-relic beliefs about security and defense, like a beaten wife back to an abusive husband.
