How do we reconcile that against "a few bad apples"?
High standards, seriously taken. Which is why three unrelated "Only Ones"--and "veterans" at that-- felt comfortable enough at abusing their positions this way? That we've been told about...?

One of them is charged with falsifying documents to justify illicit overtime pay for a freshly retired douche. Where's the criminal charges for his theft of overtime pay?
