Fret not, this will all correct itself soon. To wit: no later than the first time one of these vests doesn't let an enforcer kill/stab/Tase his selected victim fast enough.
Remember, it's not about the guns or even the knives. It's about that ludicrous notion that some people have that they should be able to protect themselves.
And I recall that they forbid people other than "only ones" to wear them in the UK.
