I saw this yesterday and thought to myself, "where is the common sense with these people. Do they hate the citizen class that much to pull this kind of crap. Where are the supervisors that over see these kind of people".
This is classic of, Government Gone Wild. This is not the conduct of a government that is in place to serve the people but an armed government that demands the people serve them. The part that I wondered about is how 4 cents because a few hundred dollars in a few years. From the story the car wash owner was left in the dark with that. Which has me wondering if they just came without any real paperwork and just demanded money with their IRS badges.
